The owners of the business, Danielle & Earl Shalosky, started AAA Spa & Pool Services out of their home in 2001. They worked hard to get where they are! It has taken them years to create a business that their customers can rely on and trust. That same hard work and dedication is expected from all employees. At AAA Spa & Pool Services, we strive to provide the quality products and service our customer deserve.

Expectation of Employees

  • Be a team player – We’re all in this together!
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Avoid absences and tardiness.
  • Always do what’s best for the company.
  • Follow details and rules of your Employee Expectation and Duties handouts.
  • Remove visible piercings (except earrings) and gauges before work.
  • Body art must be covered while at work (inside staff).
  • Employees are required to wear work shirts and keep them clean and professional looking.
  • Be willing to work long hours in unforgiving weather conditions (outside staff).
